Types of Publications in the Saudi Journal of Special Education
1- Field and Experimental Research: Includes quantitative and qualitative studies – large experimental groups and individual samples.
2- Theoretical Research: Involves critical, comprehensive analysis of one or more fields related to disability and special education studies.
3- Book Reviews: The review should summarize the content of the book in an engaging way with scientific discussion, and it is evaluated by the book review editor.
Submission Policies and Procedures
- The journal adopts an open policy for receiving research throughout the year.
- The journal prefers research papers to be between 15-30 pages (4000-8000 words).
- The journal accepts research papers written in Arabic or English.
- The journal only accepts research related to its objectives and fields.
- The journal publishes original research and rejects studies that have been previously published or extracted from published studies.
- The journal refuses to accept research under review or peer evaluation for publication by another journal or publishing entity.
- The research must be submitted by one of the authors, with the submission approved by all co-authors. Written approval of the final version of the research from all co-authors is required.
